Defense At The Train Station

No more will the droids overrun the republic clone troopers. Thanks to the new Magno-pulse turret. It sends out a magnetic wave that passes through organics and dis-assembles computers.It is a portable turret that can be carried because it is quite light. Now onto the diorama! The 602nd troopers have set up a barracks at this main train station in the city, just waiting for the droids to attack to show off their new toy! I personally think this is one of my best diorama's yet.

The jet troopers take off from the buildings.

A 602nd sniper takes cover to re-load.

A 602nd heavy trooper awaits in the barracks with his rocket launcher.

The city streets...In chaos.

Thia manages to hit a droid nearby directly in the chest. While a combat surgeon runs toward a fallen soldier.

This is not a good pic of the gun...But I think you can see it in the other shots.

Wow, just awesome. The Bacara-like blue clones need a better paint-job, but otherwise, it is great!

Ya, the heavy trooper is one of my old clones. I'm thinking of re-decalling it.

This is quite a nice diorama. Did you put the Aurebesh on the signs on the computer or did you sticker it or something?

Is this for the Corps challenge or are you going to make something similar...?

Ya, I love the signs I put in. I don't know why but Aurek-besh just looks good.

@Troopa daisy: I designed the signs and applied them to bricks. Yes this is for the corps challenge.

Fantastic work Xion! I'm very impressed. Most builders skip detail when building in urban environments and you didn't seem to have much of a problem. The studs showing in the middle of the far left corner building do bother me though... The street signs help make the moc. Totally front paged and worthy of it!

*Edit, oh snap! I just realized this is for our Corps moc-off! We're going to have to step up to this great entry!

This is awesome! I love all the greebles; and the signs, wow, the signs are just sweet. The buildings are really cool, and the light poles give it
something that I really like.

I'll try to enter it but I don't know if I'm gonna be able to keep up. I make really good mocs over a long period of time, but I can't make good mocs like twice a week.

Holy Christmas, this is phenomenal. The buildings are fantastic, and the Aurebesh signs just perfect the Star-Warsian look which would have been lacking, in my humble opinion, without them.
