Battle of Hoth Midnette - Epic Contest Entry

Well, here it is. I tried to make it as accurate as possible, including the guns and the positioning of the figs. I only own 1 Hoth Rebel, so I made a second one with, for example, the Hoth Leia torso.

Sweetness Dp! Very good job on the SNOT and the trenches. I also love the turret on fire.

VERY nice! The SNOT use is fantastic, and I love the happy-go-lucky Rebel Trooper with the light repeater!

The turret is awesome, and you got the power generator PERFECT! Two thumbs up!

This is very nice, but I wouldve made piles of snow, like edges and stuff, the snow looks to...perfect.

Excellent point; it should have some white 'cheese' wedge bricks and some raised 1x2 SNOT bricks to make it look more official.

great moc! I really liked your use of the technic pieces as the cables. Very creative.

How would we get white chesse slpoes. I need a few (a lot) for a project (and entire large gray baseplate covered in snow).

Good moc DP, agreed with the others about the snow, though you captured the idea well. The trenchs slopes were well done, good use.

The Y-Wing has a fair amount of White Cheese slopes.

As to the creation itself, I agree with Uber. Needs some piles of snow, a crater or suttin'. Other than that, nice work.

Thank you for all your very kind comments! I was proud of it myself aswell. Though if you look at the movie, you'll see that the space around the trenches is pretty flat, and as I said I tried to make it as accurate as possible.

And for the face - I actually liked that head on the trooper and... well... the others didn't look that good.
