Type 12 prototype UPDATED V2, And T-12Aa2
The Type 12 was made to replace the type 11 after it was deamed inferior to the sepertist fighters. (That and nobody here liked it )
Weapons:
4 Cannons (2 central, 2 wings)
6 AAM37 missiles
Prototype flash blinder defense system.
It's my first fighter with folding S-foils!
V2:
Older pitures:
Overveiw with S-foils locked.
Sideveiw with S-foils locked.
Top with S- foils locked.
Close up of wing cannon.
Closeup of cockpit and greebles.
This is the first fighter I made with a R2 unit as well.
S-foils opened to attack.
Thats it for now.
Type 12A2
Weapons:
The weapons on the Type 12, plus three bombs.

NOOB SPEAK DELETED. -R
Seriously, that's 100 times better than your old one. I love the S-Foils. Work on the tail a bit though.

This is way better than the previous one, but see if you can cover up some of those studs on the wings.
Re: Type 12 prototype UPDATED V2, And T-12Aa2
Great job! I really like it.
The only flaw is, like TD said, the studs on the wings. I think the wings would look better if you used tiles and maybe small wedge plates like these:
But overall, sweet fighter!

Nice improvement! The S-foils have a steep angle to them, and I think it looks good. The lightsaber handles as weapons on the wings look alright.

Much better, but I don't like the dark green, there is too little. If you are to keep the color scheme, add more in.

I like the updated one, but I'm going to keep nit-picking, the tail-fin needs some SNOT.

.First, move the two tiles and grill on the wings in the order they are so that "1st" will be closest to the body. Then do the same thing on the other side.
.Second, add either a dark. green or light gray tile where the "yellow" is.
That's it. I really like it, but I'll love it if you do what I recommend. Great improvement with this fighter and great job as well!

Holy kriff... I like the Type 12 version, but the T12a-2 is just EPIC. When you gave us a poor MOC for your first attempt, we gave you our criticism, and you came back with a BANG, my friend! Both versions are MUCH better than what we saw before. My only complaint is that the cheese slopes on the wings are unnecessary.
Great work, you came back from the dead, to say the least!

Criticism is like fuel.
The cheese slopes are supposed to be the Flash blinders/ EMP defence launchers.

Wow, the updated version with all the SNOT and greebling looks so much better than the original one!

Could you post a pic of the bottom? I want to see the landing gear.

Thanks, Troopa.

And barffed it up in the living room.
Re: Type 12 prototype UPDATED V2, And T-12Aa2
The unfolding wings is definitely a cool feature. I didn't expect that. I've been really reluctant in liking people's recent jet-fighter resembling star fighters. Not a huge fan because they look so out of place in the Star Wars universe. People have already addressed some issues that need fixing with it, but the wing concept is neat, especially in the shots you provided us.
