Hangar Additions
Even though I finished my hangar, the project is far from over. Over time I will continue to add more vehicles (and possibly more to the dio). The Jedi Starfighter didn't come out the way I wanted it to, but overall I'm pleased with it. Mainly the bracket sized gaps (most noticeable in the mid-section, between the droid and Republic symbol ) are my biggest frustration about it. Until I figure out another way to keep the SNOT wings without wrecking the angles this won't be fixed for a while. The Crate Transport on the other hand turned out much better than I thought it would. Initially I though it would be too blocky, but I think it turned out alright. As always C@C is welcome.

I saw this on flickr, KNIGHT as a big wall art freak your walls make me tear from so much awesomeness they have. I may need to start vigging just to play with wall art again.
Loving that the most if you haven't noticed.

Thanks! I look forward to seeing what you come up with. I love making walls, but I like seeing how other builders make walls even more.

eclipsegrafx wrote:How many studs deep is that wall? You have some great depth there.
At the base it's five studs front to back, but after three bricks high it changes into four studs front to back.

Dude! I love the ground crew set! The crate transport is friggin amazing. Its creations like that remind me why I started building SW lego creations. I love the colors of the crate transport. The white, sand tan, and dark blueish bley mesh together perfectly.
The Jedi starfighter is pretty good. I don't know how I feel about the cockpit though. Its a little too bubbly for my taste. However, I do like the use of the dark blue wedge flaps to make a clean transaction between the cockpit and engine pod.
