I really loved that you used Johnny Thunder, but the vig itself is rather plain. If you have trans pieces, they'd work nice to texture the water a bit. It's cute overall though.

Okay then..
MOC is bland, water is pretty basic, some tiles/ snot would have been much better.
I don't like tiled terrain very much, IMO that should be saved for man/alien made things as well as water/lava.
Background could use some work.
The white "foam" is ok, not a very good preresentation for it though.
