Give him a drawing, or a set of decals that you want him to model your trooper after...

Actually, $20, $25 for Arc gear and weapons, and 30 for arc gear, weapons and macrobinocs.

He doesn't do custom orders anymore to my knowledge, he has a ton of orders and wouldn't take time to do something special.

He is right about that. Where in the hell is he going to get time to make a guy, he doesn't know that’s on CABG, for all he knows he could be a guy who will resell it. When he has to make 205 minifigures!

He will probably get around to it when he has like 10 left to do....

He probably does them in order of who placed their order first, although, he still does custom orders, he said he'd be happy to do a Viper for me, although unfortunately, I'm a purist.

I'm a purist because I suck at modeling. But that doesn't mean Ill get someone to do it for me.
