Battle of Kashyyyk!

Here it is, my take on the Battle of Kashyyyk for the Eurobricks contest. Technically it's a WIP since there are no Woshyr trees, or Droid Gunships, and it doesn't EXACTLY resemble the one in the movie, but it's done enough for the contest, for now. So here it is, the Battle Of Kashyyyk:

(Note: Because of size limitations, this was designed to be HALF of the beach from EP III. )

I like how you made some things 'fly'. Overall it's a nice MOC, but I miss that feeling which screams: Another awesome MOC by ABL! It just seems too ordinary, I don't know.

You know what, I kinda felt like that myself actually... But with the deadline VERY fast approaching, this is all I could come up with.

I like it, I'm not going to place in the EB contest now though. Good luck. I really like all the chaos going on.

ABL great use of camera angles. I like the overflying ship and overview of the clone vehicles going towards the CIS. I do agree that you should call it a WIP because it looks pretty crammed, and not enough vegetation. By the way, how did you get 2 swamp speeders? Did you buy 2 wookiee catamarans off BL?

Thanks, yes, it's going to have a MAJOR update soon! My brother bought the Wookie Catamaran when it was out, on sale for 20% off, they only had ONE though! And I got the second from a HUGE LEGO StarWars lot from FBTB.(Minus all the key figs like the swamp troopers, wookies etc... The guy HAD them, and I WANTED them, but he sold them for some quick cash, not to me of course! )

Ah no! What store did your brother get them 20% off from? The figs are so valuable! Too bad they run for so much on BL, and the set itself. I still don't own it...

I also think that Fred Meyer should expand their business and come on down to the southwest!

Only stores I got that carry Lego are TRU and Target, TRU horrendously overpricing everything, and Target sometimes lags behind on new releases. Oh and neither have sales or anything which is kind of disappointing.

KB-Toys used to carry legos, but they went out of business here, I'm not sure about everywhere else though...

within a 100 miles of me, I've got Targets, 2 Toys R Us', Shopkos, K-Marts, a LEGO store, Wal-Marts, Tuesday Morning, Fred Meyers, and Bi-Mart. Whith the latter three having the most LEGO sales. And Fred Meyer having a 20% off sale on LEGO about every other-week, occasionally we get buy 2 get 1 free, or rarely, buy 1 get 1 free!

Hmmm, we don' have a TJ Max around here(or if we do, I've never been there) So I can't help you sorry.

Woah! Nice Kashyyyk! I like the way you made the vehichles fly. Maybe, put some lights above that table so it won't be so dark. Nice!
