Jettrooper Captain Altumus

Back during the early period of the Clone Wars, Altumus was a mere Jettrooper, however he showed great leadership skills and was promoted to Captain, his mission: to go undercover on Tatooine and find the Separatist factories and leaders. Accompanied by their mighty AT-TE (Nicknamed 'Bessie') , they will complete their mission at any cost

Very nice. I liked how you put him and the AT-TE on top of those pebbles, its much better than putting them on base plates.

Awesome! I cant wait to see your AT-TE and Altumus in action! By the way, when we do missions, do I just get to do random stuff or do you assign us somethin and we do it?

You know Uberlag, I've always wondered why you paint your clones arms and legs and torsoes as opposed to decals. Personally, I would use decals where ever possible and just paint the helmet and jetpack.

I really like how you composed the shots! It looks great!

Because decals fall off for me ALL the ime, and stickers look weird in conjunction with paint.
Did REAL clone troopers use DECALS to PAINT their armor?

You know, you have to SEAL the decals so they won't fall off. After you do that their practically permanent!

I like how he looks except for the jet-pack. Is there any way you could smooth the rough parts?

Sorry but it kinda looks like clay But otherwise it looks pretty good! You could use a clamp to hold the clone in a position while you paint.

The kama thing had rocks on it so it looks like they were stuck in clay. And the paint just POPS! out like a pop up book! But the who fig is awesome man. Did you GLUE the jetpack onto his back?

Oh, sand got wedged in there, and it has a coarse texture so some rocks get caught, like if you kneel in sand, some sand gets caught on your legs. Yeah, hot glue gun, but I've had to re-glue it multiple times.

Alpha that was the very first replie I had sent and was just pointing out how this was made if you didn't like my responce please kind of keep in to yourself that hurt a little. Altogether I liked this topic.

Overall, I like most of your troopers, however, one thing I find that I can not get past...is the paint job. I don't know if it's the paint or the application, but it looks terribly globbed on and puffy. The dots on his head look like two symetrical green pimples . Maybe not put the paint on so thick? I like him though 8/10. .
