Now! The fig.
Overall, I like most of your troopers, however, one thing I find that I can not get past...is the paint job. I don't know if it's the paint or the application, but it looks terribly globbed on and puffy. The dots on his head look like two symmetrical green pimples . Maybe not put the paint on so thick? I like him though 8/10. .
Ever since I made him I've been yelling at myself about it, so I'm planning on redoing it, so there's no reason to explode on you......
yet.

Okay, good, conflict avoided. i like it personally, the jetpack is really well done even if it looks like it's made out of the same material as crayon...

What, really?!
I'm amazed, I just use printed paper and glue, and it works fine for me...maybe it's just because of my glueing skills. Oh, and Uberlag, you should look at Philip Morgan's stuff on MOCpages. He paints most of his clones and they're really neatly done.

I love that guys work. Hoth, LAAT/c, Galactice Marine. Funny his Galactic Marine actually got me back interested in Lego Star Wars and brought me over to MOCpages. I really wish lego would make them

There going to make battle packs???And I agree I never modded a clone before so it would be a good idea to wait till they sell sets with alot more clones.

Yep in Janaury you'll see some BPs and cheaper sets with clones in them.

Cool can't wait and do u two have any pics of what they will look like or somthing???
Re: Jettrooper Captain Altumus
My guess is that they'll hopefully be a toned down version of the BP we saw from Comic-Con. Maybe 2 Troopers, A Sergeant, and a Pilot? Hopefully the droid BPs have A commander, security droid, pilot, and maybe a droideka?
Nope there aren't any pictures out yet (that we know of) but I say give 'til September and we will

No, no, no, at least some kind of decorated Clone would be good, whities are nice, but I like variety, and ruining scalper' days.

Why would you need a colored clone when you can just do it yourself? Oh wait, I forgot you were a purist... KILL THE WITCH!

Because it's a HECK of a lot easier. To do a colored Clone you have to buy a plain torso, legs, hands, a head, and a helmet, then apply decals and sealant. Or you can paint them which is tough if you want it to turn out good. It's just easier and cleaner if we have an official one.

YES, with furvor! Most sharpie-attacked Clones I've seen don't look very good.

I'm with Astoria, purist is the way to go! A sharpie? If you're going to mod at least do it right with decals. Sharpie and hand paint is so gross in my opinion.

You used so many negtives, that, that sentance effectivley means you don't know how to use sharpies. What I think you meant was: "Not if you know how to do it... Which I do!"
