Re: 501st Legion: Republic Sovereignty
Fixed for ya!
It wasn't bad... the SFX was kinda crummy but not to shabby (paint I presume?)
The voice acting was alright... a little below average and it was kinda hard to hear what was being said.
The humor didn't seem to fit in this movie...
The animation was great though! Just improve here and there and you are on your way to be a great movie maker!
Re: 501st Legion: Republic Sovereignty
I loved it but I couldn't hear the voices well.

Particle Illusion 3.0
Does that really look like paint?
Anyhow, twas your best our of all of them. The voice could improve a bit, but it's nice.

No... I meant the first SFX work with the lasers...
And I did recognize that explosion as Gareth's work...

The voice are a bid bad, and so is the editing, but still a nice movie.

While it's more than I could have done, and a lot better than what is up on youtube, I still don't like the particles (as they look far too much like paint) and I still don't like the voices.
Re: 501st Legion: Republic Sovereignty
It is OK. The voice acting is, no offence, horrible. I mean, that commander has got a teenagers voice! And some of the clones had chipmunk voices!
I also noticed a few non-canon parts (Rex being there, the commander saying how good Rex's armour is, even thought he has already worn it in the past, ect)
Plus, you nicked a few of Garet's ideas, and just seems to scream "Ripped of Squad 42!"
Overall: 5/10

Well I know it isn't the best but what exactly do you think I copied from Squad 42 because I don't really see a thing from it.

Okay, that is NOT the 501st. Cody is not in it. Star Corps Troops?!?! They are SO not in the 501st legion. And shock troops?!?! Anyways, I like the battle in there.

Actually, I think the 212th Battalion might be a division in the 501st Legion which might be a division in the 7th Sky Corps...

I liked it. Not the best, but far better than the worse. I watched it around when you joined (the site, not a guild). The humor was mis-fit, but other than that it was well done.
Things I really didn't like (take them out and it would be great!)
- Him leaving his troops
- Some of the jokes (the in the heat of the battle jokes were sometimes nice)
- The commander's sassiness for lack of a better word)

Re: 501st Legion: Republic Sovereignty
Good job, I like how you make it sort of a comedy but don't make it stupid funny like when he leaves his troops, I have seen it in all of your movies, just do a little better with that and would be a pretty good lego movie maker (besides Garet6).

Remember that you can always make casting calls to members here at the CABG for voices. I'm glad you used my IST tank instructions: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=297982
I love seeing it in other member's MOC's and videos! I hope you choose to accept my offer and make a video with the instructions.

Oh, CC you don't know the story, on YouTube, PizzaMovies said that's his OWN creation. Woh hold on there dude, I never said it was MINE I said I found instructions on the internet for it. And for a few people I told them where to find it actually.
Re: 501st Legion: Republic Sovereignty
The only way the 501st and the 212th are related is because they are in the same Army. However, I'm not sure if "Army" refers to a Systems Army or a Sector Army.
