Sarul, you might want to rethink that over use of smileys.

Your battle damaged decals look great I wouldn't add the white lines to it though. Makes it look more like a mistake on the decal with the rest of the damage.

Yeah, I have to agree with Eclipse, the white lines look more like mistakes then damage.

I must also note that the gunner template that your using is CG's, and the commando template, I think, is designed by Someguy557.

Those are a good start Sarul, but for the battle damaged ones, the spots you added are too consistent. Try making them different sizes and shapes, as well as smudging to give it a smeared/burned look.

That just looks fuzzy.

For damage you will need some genuine GIMP scratch brushes.

Personally I don't like "damaged" decals, they look weird.

Here are my newly designed leg decals.

EST - I love the knee shape but you need to add some thicker lines to parts of this or it wont be visible when printed or look too faint.

Nice job though. I love seeing new knees.

Not bad, the black spot needs help though.

@damaged decals: For battle damage I actually use a sticker, and mess it up with a knife or file. It looks good for being so easy.

Very nice, but it's a "bit" pixely and I would prefer to keep the black parts of the pauldron black.

I like the pauldron that color, makes it look better suited with my person. And it actually doesn't look bad when viewed for the size of the actual size compared to the minifig.
