Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
Not exactly. I just did this because I felt like it.

Other than telling me to 'stop it noob' or 'isn't the CABG good enough?' can you give me some ideas? And I'm still working on getting into the guild.
Firstly, I'd get a member who's atleast 18 years old on there, becuase otherwise it's a bunch of kids scrabbling, which is why it FAILS.

It fails because a noob is ripping off our site.

We are not off topic at all. We are critiquing his long term project ideas and this thread is for that.

C.Kill is talking about a forum while people are critising it. I thought this was about lego projects not 'I'm doing a custom paint job on my car' topic.
Oh dam...I'm spamming!
That does'nt make sense.

YOU ALREADY SAID THIS! It is allowed so we may as well forget about it.
Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
I have made big progress on my comic! I have the main characters so far. I have a plot line. All I need is to make places to make it alive.

CommanderKill has gone over to the dark side . (your site looks too similar to the CABG, even the title! It's obvious that your copying from the CABG.)
If I were you, I wouldn't continue working on your site unless it would be to make it less "Cabg"y than it is. It would be cool if you made your own, unique site, and not an excact copy of another one, because then you would have to face the competition the origional site would throw in your face (and not to be rude, but you will lose because of your lack of experience, the origional has more members, and the fact that the origional site would be much wider know compared to your's.)
Hope you return to the CABG-side of the force soon!
Oh, no! All of my projects have been put on hold!
But don't worry, (I don't even think you care! ) my projects will continue as planned when we get back in our house (long story) except the movies (longer story).
Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
My really long project depending on bricklink orders will be my 602nd legion. With much painting effort and arealight orders put into it I hope to show it off soon once I'm in the guild . It's actually finished right now, I just want more quantities of my infantry and marines.
Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
Ahhaha, My long term project's are:
Most avaiable Jedi + their respective CC's
At least 100 Cw's Clones for my 326th white blade's.
At least 50 battle droids
Evey clone commander, More or less ~
Im also making from scratch my own republic dropship AT-TE, All with my own peices, And a more accurate V-19 using pecies from the V-19 set and my own.
BIG plans..

Be ready to fork out a lot of cash for those - or a lot of trades (like the 2 I gave you )
Plus, I'm actually getting somewhere with my legion and my comic (storyline at least)...

Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
I get it. But how do you want me to make it 'less CABG-y'? Other than Lego Star Wars as it's theme, a few of the rules, the provider, and a few of the threads, it's different.Code_Green wrote:

Back to LEGOs:
I'm working on a ship that will be able to hold a Special Forces Squad. Here's the progress so far:
It'll hold a Jedi with the Special Forces Squad, and there will be extra room still for cargo or important people.

The forum... we've had a small record of sites that are made and based on from the CABG... the result always ends badly.
Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
:spammers: You mean like the RABG and DABG? They were never meant to work.
NOW MOVE ON!

One last thing. RABG was a joke pulled by Cfaie.

And DABG was meant to work, but they spammed it into oblivion!
Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
At least you guys haven't spammed mine into oblivion. Now SHOO! Unless you've got a WIP! I'm leaving after this!
I'm trying to make this ship
look more aerodynamic so I can use it as an MOC for my Guild App, but I don't know how to make something more aerodynamic. Could someone give me some ideas?
Check my Flickr (www) for larger pictures.

Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
The picture is too small, I can't really see anything other than the shape and colors.
Re: What are your ideas for future/long term projects?
