Mini LAAT
This is my micro-scale LAAT Gunship. It has two anti-personal in the front and one in the back, two missle tubes, and four laser beam cannons two on the wings and two on either side of the ship. This as been on MOCpages for awhile now and just thought I should post it here to.

Sithassassin wrote:Meh, to be honest its ok. I think you could have done a lot more with it.
I may do a V.2 some time in the future.
Re: Mini LAAT
That one is way better than the old mini and the new Bricmaster (i think thats what its called) mini! You should do more minis! Again

Re: Mini LAAT
Not enough republic red, the green on the front should be lime, and make the bubble turrets clear. Otherwise it's pretty good.
Re: Mini LAAT
You've got the shape down perfectly, and I love your uses of the trans green dishes for the comp-beam laser bubbles. But their color makes me cringe. If you ever find some clear, or trans-grey ones - they'd be perfect for the job.
She could also use some dark red .

Re: Mini LAAT
I think it is pretty good! Could you make some vauge instructions? That would be great.
Re: Mini LAAT
Eh.... I'm with SA. The shape isn't really exact, and its really bulky, but IDK, maybe my many minutes of worshipping rogue_bantha's models is getting in the way...
Re: Mini LAAT
I would get a thinner solution for the 'wings', perhaps avoid making the cockpit slab as thick as it is, and as PhiMa and Sial have called for, Republic Red en masse! Otherwise it's a tad blocky in the aft, but not a total loss, as those pod turrets are quite nicely done.

Re: Mini LAAT
Wow, this is excellent. My only complaint, that there is too much white showing. When I first saw it I thought that it was ok, but the detail you put in is great. But some colors are needed, listen to the people above to what they said about the colors you should use. My suggestion: Republic Red.

its okay

Re: Mini LAAT
It isn't the best, but it's decent enough. I also suggest adding red, in there, and refining the shape of the wings.

Might wanna use more than 5 words there champ
It's cool, as has been said before, However, the colour scheme makes me think of the kid who sharpied his entire TLG gunship...
Seeing that the shape is pretty much perfect, I think you could improve by:
The missle tubes, replace with the long technique 'beams' in white.
The front, lime green, or, put more green or crimson somewhere else.
The wings, the hinges, make them white, or if you have them, green and white.
The Bubble turrets, make them clear, and put a dish on the bottom too.
Just my 10c, still, it's not without it's positives

Okay, I really can't report you for this, but could you PLEASE improve the quality of your posts. It's a frakking five word MINIMUM, not a maximum as it appears to be with you. There's much more you could comment on: What makes it look good for that size? How could he make it look better for that size? Why is that a good size to begin with? Why is size important at all?
So forth...
You may have nothing wrong legally... but we still pride ourselves on a high standard of posting .
Dude Sial, ease up a bit mmmmK? This guy is a personnal friend of mine, and I've told him about how we've eaten other n00bs souls, so to be honest he's kinda gunshy. -ABL
Re: Mini LAAT
Nice mini! I love all the detail you got into that small size, like the snotted wings, I'm just loven those! But as others have said before me, needs some republic red.

I think you could do I a little more on it. It just looks plain and a little boring.

I think it needs more color to it.

Now then, next time around, put that in the first post so Gerrard won't have to correct you.

Re: Mini LAAT
This is one of the better mini Lartys I've seen, it looks pretty good. I would suggest trying to make those side bubble turrets more round, although I know this is not an easy task.
