You can use paper.

@ The Customizer: The template your using is by CG. Also I've noticed your new to decal designing that is why I the official sales man of Inkscape suggest switching to Inkscape.

Clone Killers and SRG. Denal: Those are just amazing! But SRG, your Rex decals are a bit pixelated and need a higher resolution. Ck, doesn't Rex have the blue border on the top of the visor too?

That's a very nice decal. The right jaig eye looks a little better than the left one. I recommend copy and pasting the right one and just reverse it. Then they look perfect. Just a suggestion.

Those are really great, SRG.Denal! Good job.

Very good decals, but to all:
Don't use the colours directly from GIMP or whatever you use.
Make them a bit blunt by mixing them how you want it or just take the colours from experts like CK or CG.

SRG. Denal, one thing I noticed is the color on Bly is varied.

SRG. Denal: You're getting to be really good at decals! That Rex is much better than your other one.

I agree with rijul. But the colour is still a bit too violet. Try to change that. The rest is great .
