Post YOUR Custom Decal Images

Well using my nonexistent Gimp skills I have made my first decal, credit to Chaotic Good for the excellent template.

Don't just say it fails, if you need to say something how about some constructive criticism that will actually help me?

Not bad, I think it shows promise! Good color selection!

The design is a little plain and the lines are pixelated But you should have seen my first clone.


What I'm getting at is practices makes perfect. You also need the right program. I suggest switching to Inkscape. I also have a clone wars trooper template for Inkscape.

@Darman-C19: The design is a bit...boring. Anyways, for your first decal it looks nice. Especially compared to my first decal.

Anyways, after reading the online Starwars comics, I decided to make decals for Ganch and Squawk.
Clone Trooper Squawk


Clone Commander Ganch

Credit to CK for the blank clone trooper template.

On Squawk I highlighted ares that you could in prove upon.

The eye slits needs to be bolder. Same goes with the teeth.

On Clone Commander Ganch I did the same thing that I did with Squawk.

The rear torso body strap is a different color then the front. On the gun holsters I would suggest adding depth. I would also fill in the gap between the marking and the armor torso. (the box in pink on the front torso)

I see what you mean. Anyways, thank for the advice. I'll be sure to fix those problems.

Have you tried applying this decal? Looks great... Looks like your belt is wrong (not sure) you are missing a stripe or 2 on the left?

Wow! Thats is one amazing decal. This makes me want to aim higher in improving my decals.

I have test the design on regular paper and it look's great.

Look at the front torso decal and look at the belt. I haven't gone back to the comic to verify but is it supposed to be one red stripe on the left and 3 red ones on the right?

I had my own version of that but the helmet didn't turn out right, thanks CK for this!

I have absolutely no idea what your talking about CustomKing, I was commenting on all the previous decals that were posted there but not here.

CK, one thing I have found out from your decals though, the visors and a few other parts are a dark blue rather then black.

You do realize that you would be breaking Kaminoan has a strict policy of posting (You can't) his decals.
If he didn't have this policy then he would be bankrupt.

Darn. I could still post the visor, but there's no point.
