My next MEGA MOC is going to be a Castle vs. SWU vs. Alien Conquest MOC. I'm think I won't do it until maybe next summer or even fall. This last one has been a huge pain in the butt. I want to do all these cool thing with it but take so freaking long! Hola Wow!

I'm working on a 48 x 48 castle MOC. It's turning out pretty bad but I hope I can fix it up nice for a app. Sad

I'm working on a 48 x 48 (or larger) military moc which is going to feature a heavy armour humvee, my custom military prowler, a huey helicopter or two and maybe 2 or 3 air defence turrents. I plan to have 2-4 watch towers with light machine guns mounted. It will be featuring 2 of the elite military squads fighting to the death over stolen nuclear weapons. I hope to have a rough draft of the moc by feburary 11th. I'm really excited to see how this is going to come out but i'm trying not to rush it too much though. Wow this thing looks

http://texlug.org/ Dallas/FW chapter is closest to you... Austin is most active (most formal meetings) and Houstin usually goes to the most events, but they are all just branches of TexLUG as a whole. I keep in touch with members from D/FW and Houstin all the time. And there is usually a few whole state get-togethers throughout the year and BrickFiesta.

I'm a DFW member! Anyway, I would like to see an old republic era battlefield on Alderaan, or Kashyyk. Maybe a Mandalorian Wars battlefield, or a Sith Wars, or maybe even a Jedi Civil War battlefield. A nice four grey baseplate set with plenty of foot hills covered in shrubbery. I think it'd be cool and good timing with the new game.

Alright, I need you guys to help me decide on my next larger scale MOC.

1. A large vig or diorama for my faction.
2. A large vig or diorama based off of a SW Battlefront 2 map.
3. A large mech for either my faction or Weird War II.
4. Steampunk/Star Wars mashup thing

What should I do first?

I found your faction diorama quite interesting but I think it would be cool if you made a large mech. Can't wait to see what you end up making. Smile

If you've got a Lego Store near by, hit up the PaB wall. It's the cheapest usually.

Talk to the store staff. They can order specific boxes for you and sometime there's stuff in the back still in boxes that they haven't put out on into the buckets.

Also, if you take your PAB on a sheet of paper to a store attendant they will order it for you and you don't pay postage.

Make your PAB order online. Print out the shopping bag showing the id number of the bricks you want and then take it to the guy behind the till in the Lego Store. He'll order it for you and you don't have to pay shipping!

Thanks! I have done similar before, but PaB online can be a little pricey.. I probably only go for plants and 6x6 tiles online. The rest I can do BL.
