New updated Commander Manic.

As promised here is the updated to have a viser commander Manic of the 341st (please tell me if this number is allready taken) Underground assalt legion.His legion is mostly different kinds of shocks and he drives whatever he can get his hands on.

BTW Spechial thanks to ABL for drilling the holes in the helmet.

Looks like you'll have to trim the visor so it'll sit flat

Man I guess I should just try out the visor on every clone- it looks great on the shockies too! Nice cape, and nice sling across his armor.
