The Battle of Metalorn Part II

Commander Brov and his squad have been captured by CIS Forces. A MAW blasted its way through an abandoned Metalorn Guard Tower, allowing Super Battle Droids in.

This was the first debut of the Mercinus, and this was fun to make. No more GIMP. xD

I like it, Alpha! I don't like the fact the clones surrendered though!

Well, the SBD threw a holoimage on the ground, which revealed Grievous saying : Surrender, and we will spare your lives... (Not really)

The debris look good, and the positioning of the characters are nice too!

They were sent to capture Brov, who's squad was almost demolished in a previous battle. Therefore, Grievous sent in 4 SBDs and 1 MAW. Besides, a MAW is equivalent to 1 Jedi.

A MAW= Jedi?? So MAW= AAT and squads of SBD's, BD's and droidekas? Didn't you watch Ambush?

I know that it's master Yoda and he had clones with him, but that's not the point. I mean a jedi could easily throw a lightsaber and kill the droid pilot.

Unless when you say MAW=Jedi, that means that they can do as much damage as a Jedi.

Actually, 2-3 Droidekas = 1 Jedi. Master Yoda never actually "fought" them, first, he used debris and blocked their path. Second, he was "saved" by a very cheap Rocket to a cliff. Also, you're forgetting Master Yoda is small. He can easily fit under an AAT - Obi Wan can't do that. I believe there were 3-4 AATs there? 2-3 were destroyed from under, and one was destroyed from a misfire. And I mean equal to a Jedi, these can literally kill Jedi by firing their all their cannons with great accuracy. And if you can't see, the pilots area is covered. I think i tilted the head too much. And a Jedi CAN deflect 7-8 bolts - but at the same time? I wonder how Ki-Adi-Mundi died - from 8-10 Clones?!

But Ki-adi was suprised like all Jedi during Order 66. And also remember Clone>droid.

Good point. But Yoda wasn't. Anyhow, either way, he sensed it, he turned around, and deflected the fire but was shot. In this case, Bacara and his men are the MAW, and Ki-Adi-Mundi is the unfortunate Jedi. But anyways, that's not the point. They were just useful killing machines, just like the Hailfire. And perhaps, I'm sure Yoda, Anakin, or Mace could easily destroy these, but they aren't average Jedi.
