On microsoft word how do you resize the picture the way you want it to come out?

Depends what decal you're resizing.

But what you do is you copy the decal, then paste it into a document. Then right-click and press "format picture".

The width is .9 inches, the length will reset itself to be proportionate with it.

Depends. Are good at applying stickers? Cause' decals are even harder to apply.

No, I havent done stickers or decals, ive done sharpie and an f-d up attempt at paint...

edit* sorry, read it wrong. I can apply stickers, just not big ones.

Shadow, on the whole, stickers are much easier, but are of a lower quality and result, than decals. However, they are more durable.

Would you be willing to use printable fabric? You can get it at Joan fabric for around 6 dollars... Its just my printer is old so I just paint the cloth.

Stickers should be sticky-backed paper, so no need for glue, and waterslide decals conform to the surface of the 'fig.

That's basicly what I do to. But a bit more advanced with detailing, like
the use of contact-paper, nailpolish remover, soap, Q-tip and a brush. Smile
